The renter failed to pay the tolls and tickets incurred during the rental period. While they initially paid the weekly rental charges for the first few weeks, they eventually stopped making payments and have since become unresponsive to our attempts to reach out via text. The vehicle was due to be returned on September 20th, but the renter informed us that it was just sitting in their garage. However, we later discovered that the car was still being used, despite their claims, and they stated they were unable to return it.
